The Knack Project: Minimal Intervention Wines from Attica

The Knack Project is a small-scale winery in Attica, Greece, founded by Christos Koulouriotis DipWSET. Working with old, family-owned vineyards around Megara at the foot of the Geraneia Mountains, the winery produces minimal intervention wines that reflect both the character of indigenous Greek grape varieties and the landscape they come from.

Inspired by the natural wine movement, The Knack Project follows a low-intervention philosophy in both vineyard and cellar. Since 2023, the vineyards have been farmed using biodynamic principles, while spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, minimal sulphur, and no fining, filtration, or stabilisation allow each wine to express its origin with honesty and precision.

The collection includes textured white wines, orange wines, chilled reds, and pét-nats, all produced in extremely limited quantities—some as few as 200 bottles. Every wine is a distinctive expression of Attica and a reflection of Greece's exciting new generation of winemakers.

Pale Ruby Wine is proud to import The Knack Project to the UK, offering exclusive access to one of Greece's most exciting producers of natural and minimal intervention wines.
