Xinomavro — ksee-NO-mah-vroh — is the primadonna of the Greek vineyard. Full of character, elegance, and with remarkable ageing potential, it is often compared to Nebbiolo.
On 5 November, Leni from Pale Ruby Wine will take you on a beautiful trip down the finest expressions of Xinomavro, paired with dishes from the Vori team that make Xinomavro's strength, depth and delightful tannins shine.
